The VP – Budgeting & Costing is a critical leadership role within the organisation's growing EPC and project delivery function. As the company transitions from pure plotted land development into high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use vertical construction, the rigour of financial planning and project costing takes on new strategic importance. This role will own the entire budgeting and costing lifecycle — from pre-acquisition feasibility to execution-stage cost control — ensuring every project is delivered with financial discipline, profitability, and accountability.
