Job Description :

New Branch opening , setting up with 1000 branches in over a period of year

Manage a team of around 2500-3000 employees, effectively, in the Zone. The zone comprises of a set of regions, clusters and branches.

Responsible for Gold loan AUM growth, Interest collection, Yield, Profitability, cross-sell/up-sell and entire customer life cycle.

Responsible for running the branch operations seamlessly and ensuring gold-standard customer service at the branches.

Responsible for employee productivity and performance by creating a conducive ecosystem that fosters innovation, learning and personal development
