Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Head Bartender role located in Bardez. The Head Bartender will be responsible for managing day-to-day bar operations, providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and creating unique and delicious beverages for patrons.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Bartending
- Minimum experience of 3 Year's
- Cash Handling proficiency
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Certification in Bartending or Hospitality is a plus
