Role Description

The Head Barista will oversee daily café operations, ensuring the delivery of excellent beverages, food preparation, and top-tier customer service. They will lead the barista team, manage inventory, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and create a welcoming environment for guests. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, requiring hands-on involvement and active team leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista expertise, including preparation of high-quality coffee and other beverages
• Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Communication to create a positive guest experience
• Proficiency in Food Preparation and understanding of hygiene and safety standards
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to lead and motivate team members effectively
• Ability to handle inventory management and ensure operational efficiency
• Leadership experience in a café or restaurant setting is a plus
• Passion for clean eating and promoting healthy lifestyle habits
