Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Head Barista. The role includes actively preparing speciality coffees, matcha and other high quality beverages. The entire day to day operations of the beverage department, supervision of the barista team and coordination with other production and service departments will come under this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in speciality coffees, beans, coffee equipment, manual brewing, matcha
• Experience in a leadership position in beverage preparation
• Excellent English communication
• Friendly, welcoming and pleasant attitude with fellow colleagues and guests
• Knowledge of chocolates, flavour pairings, new techniques
• Attention to detail, precision, and creativity
• Creative and able to come up with new recipes, experiment, etc
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work alongside a young and diverse team
• Relevant training or certification is mandatory
