Hiring Alert | Head of Automation (Associate Director Level)

Location: Pune, India (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) | Experience: 17-23 Years

CTC: Upto 70-80 LPA Overall**

We are looking for an accomplished Automation Leader to build, scale, and transform enterprise-wide automation capabilities while driving the next evolution of Intelligent Automation, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

This is a strategic leadership role for professionals who have successfully led Automation CoEs, driven large-scale transformation initiatives, and delivered measurable business value through automation and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Automation & AI roadmap aligned with business strategy

• Lead and scale the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) across multiple business functions

• Drive the transition from traditional RPA to Intelligent Automation and Agentic AI frameworks

• Design end-to-end automation solutions leveraging RPA, AI/ML, GenAI, workflow automation, IDP, and advanced analytics

• Establish governance frameworks, best practices, delivery standards, and value realization mechanisms

• Own automation program delivery, business outcomes, ROI tracking, and continuous optimization initiatives

• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to identify transformation opportunities and accelerate adoption

• Lead vendor management, commercial negotiations, licensing optimization, and strategic partnerships

• Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and execution excellence

Required Experience & Skills

• 17–23 years of experience in Automation, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation leadership roles

• Proven expertise in RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar technologies

• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Workflow Automation, Data Engineering, and Analytics

• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale automation programs and Automation CoEs

• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills

• Experience driving business transformation through technology-led innovation and automation adoption

• Strong commercial, vendor, and program management capabilities
