Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in progressive people/organization roles.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and functional heads.
• Experience in a growing, entrepreneurial or transformation-oriented organization.
• Strong exposure to leadership development, talent management, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated experience in building teams and strengthening organizational capability.
• Strong recruitment and talent assessment skills.
• Experience in performance management and succession planning.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying solely on positional authority.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort using people data to make decisions.
• A practical, hands-on approach rather than a purely policy-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in food ingredients, food manufacturing, FMCG, foodservice, chemicals, consumer products, or another B2B manufacturing environment.
• MBA / PG qualification in HR or Organization Development.
