Head Assets Operations

Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy & Performance

• Develop and implement asset management strategies for hospitality assets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs for all properties.
• Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
  
  

Owner Representation & Operator Management

• Act as the primary liaison between Adani and hotel operators.
• Negotiate and manage Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) and related contracts.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations.
  
  

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Oversee annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for each asset.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support investment decisions, feasibility studies, and valuation exercises.
  
  

Capital Projects & Asset Enhancement

• Drive renovation, repositioning, and capital expenditure projects.
• Ensure timely execution within approved budgets and quality standards.
  
  

Governance & Reporting

• Prepare periodic performance reports for senior leadership.
• Establish governance frameworks for operational and financial oversight.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, finance or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
