Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement asset management strategies for hospitality assets to maximize ROI.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs for all properties.
- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
Owner Representation & Operator Management
- Act as the primary liaison between Adani and hotel operators.
- Negotiate and manage Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) and related contracts.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Oversee annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for each asset.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Support investment decisions, feasibility studies, and valuation exercises.
Capital Projects & Asset Enhancement
- Drive renovation, repositioning, and capital expenditure projects.
- Ensure timely execution within approved budgets and quality standards.
Governance & Reporting
- Prepare periodic performance reports for senior leadership.
- Establish governance frameworks for operational and financial oversight.
Qualifications
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, finance or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
