Job Description

Ensure smooth operations of assets under management, as per agreements/SLAs
Manage grievance handling and escalation resolution related to lease services
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors/dealers for asset servicing,including negotiation of discounts, credit periods, and goodwill discounts
Oversee the logistics process from asset pick-up to delivery, ensuring seamless movement and timely servicing
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and dealers for service execution in line with contractual obligations
Manage the sale of lease return assets, ensuring appropriate disposal and documentation control
Oversee settlement of dealer bills as per negotiated term s and facilitate payment processing
Expand and onboard new dealers into the network to strengthen the business ecosystem
Maintain and update MIS reports in line with process requirements
Work closely with used dealers for bidding and selling lease-returned products
Ensure proper documentation management for lease return assets and those sold
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact regulatory, financial, or reputational aspects of the business
Work towards the learning and development of the team , fostering an environment of continuous improvement and growth.

The Successful Applicant

15-20 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Leasing Operations
Experience handling teams across different locations
Experience in vendor management,lease asset disposal, and documentation control
Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors
