Job Description

  • Ensure smooth operations of assets under management, as per agreements/SLAs
  • Manage grievance handling and escalation resolution related to lease services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors/dealers for asset servicing,including negotiation of discounts, credit periods, and goodwill discounts
  • Oversee the logistics process from asset pick-up to delivery, ensuring seamless movement and timely servicing
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and dealers for service execution in line with contractual obligations
  • Manage the sale of lease return assets, ensuring appropriate disposal and documentation control
  • Oversee settlement of dealer bills as per negotiated term s and facilitate payment processing
  • Expand and onboard new dealers into the network to strengthen the business ecosystem
  • Maintain and update MIS reports in line with process requirements
  • Work closely with used dealers for bidding and selling lease-returned products
  • Ensure proper documentation management for lease return assets and those sold
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact regulatory, financial, or reputational aspects of the business
  • Work towards the learning and development of the team , fostering an environment of continuous improvement and growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Leasing Operations
  • Experience handling teams across different locations
  • Experience in vendor management,lease asset disposal, and documentation control
  • Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors
