Job Description

  • Develop and implement assessment strategies to align with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the design and execution of competency-based evaluation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address assessment needs.
  • Analyse assessment data to provide actionable insights for talent development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in assessment methodologies.
  • Lead a team of assessment professionals and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external assessment services as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement in assessment processes and tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Assessments should have:

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in assessment methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in the Chemical Industry or Industrial/Manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Capability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
