Responsibilities

As a B2B Sales professional, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth through proactive lead generation, market development, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Targets & Planning: Achieve area sales targets and develop territory plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and engage new leads through research, outreach, and effective prospecting strategies.
  • Prospect Conversion & Cross-selling: Convert prospects into customers and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities to increase share of business.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Address customer queries and issues promptly, build and maintain long-term customer relationships, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market demand analysis and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Product Development & Commercialization: Identify new product ranges, support new product development (NPD), and assist with commercialization and market introduction.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare regular sales and market reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to drive execution.
