Head OEM Alliances, Sales & Strategic Partnerships
We are seeking a senior leader to head OEM Alliances, Sales & Strategic Partnerships, responsible for building and scaling the company's technology ecosystem through strong partnerships with global OEMs, cloud platforms, and technology providers.
The role will focus on driving revenue growth through alliance-led solutions, joint go-to-market initiatives, and partner-driven enterprise projects. The incumbent will work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to convert strategic partnerships into tangible business opportunities, large customer engagements, and long-term revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
OEM Alliance Development
- Build and manage strategic relationships with global OEMs, technology vendors, and cloud platforms.
- Position the company as a preferred implementation and solution partner for OEM technologies in India and global markets.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through alliance-led sales initiatives and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and pursue large enterprise opportunities where OEM technologies can be deployed through joint solutions.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling models, and pipeline generation programs with partners.
- Work closely with internal sales teams to convert partnership opportunities into large enterprise deals and long-term accounts.
Alliance-Led Solutions
- Collaborate with OEM partners to co-create and integrate solutions across cloud infrastructure, hosting platforms, and enterprise technologies.
- Package partner technologies into market-ready offerings that support scalable revenue growth.
Strategic Partner Engagement
- Lead CXO-level engagement and commercial negotiations with OEM partners.
- Structure alliances covering technology integration, joint solution development, and revenue-sharing frameworks.
Market & Ecosystem Development
- Track OEM strategies, emerging technologies, and competitive trends to identify new partnership and market expansion opportunities.
- Strengthen the company's position within the global technology and cloud ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering/Technology graduate; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience across OEM alliances, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or technology ecosystems.
- Strong exposure to AI , ML , Data analytics , Digital transformation , CX cloud infrastructure, hosting platforms, or enterprise technology partnerships.
- Proven ability to build alliance-driven revenue pipelines and close large enterprise deals through partners.
