Required Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in technology, with at least 8 years in an executive engineering or delivery leadership role for a major software product or platform.
- Domain Expertise: Must have deep, hands-on experience and demonstrable success in the AI/ML, GenAI, or Agentic Systems space, preferably in a GSI, SaaS, or high-growth platform environment.
- Platform Acumen: Proven experience leading the development and scaling of sophisticated, multi-tenant B2B enterprise platforms.
- Partnership Experience: Experience managing large-scale technology partnerships (e.g., NVIDIA, Hyperscalers) and leveraging co-innovation to accelerate product development.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
The Role: Head of Delivery & Engineering
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven executive to serve as the Head of Delivery and Engineering for this flagship Agentic AI Marketplace Platform and its evolving suite of products.
This pivotal role demands a unique blend of deep engineering leadership, platform product management expertise, and proven large-scale client delivery accountability. You will be instrumental in defining, building, and delivering the next generation of AI solutions for our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engineering Leadership & Platform Evolution:
- Define the technical architecture, roadmap, and core engineering priorities for the Agentic AI Marketplace, ensuring industry-leading performance, scalability, and security.
- Drive the continuous integration of the platform with major hyperscaler AI/GenAI platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Salesforce Einstein, SAP Joule, ServiceNow Now Assist) to create seamless, multi-platform enterprise solutions.
- Oversee the incubation and technical build-out of a new, high-impact family of AI products derived from the core Marketplace IP.
2. Global Delivery Excellence & Capability Building:
- Lead the strategic build-out of global delivery capabilities, including processes, talent frameworks, and specialized tooling required to deploy and scale the Agentic AI Marketplace across diverse client environments.
- Ensure high-quality, on-time deployment of agentic solutions globally, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation to exceed partner and client expectations.
- Serve as the executive delivery sponsor for strategic client engagements, resolving complex technical and delivery challenges and setting new standards for delivery excellence.
3. Talent & Organization:
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-calibre, geographically distributed engineering and delivery organization (100+ team members).
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on technical innovation, iterative development, and client obsession.
