Job Summary:
We at Accolade Electronics are seeking an experienced Aftermarket P&L In-Charge to lead and manage the complete Profit & Loss responsibility of our Aftermarket Electronics business. The role involves driving revenue growth, improving profitability, strengthening channel networks, and expanding market presence in the automotive electronics aftermarket segment
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end Aftermarket P&L including revenue, margins, cost control, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute aftermarket business strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Drive sales growth across electronic product portfolio in replacement and retrofit markets.
- Strengthen dealer and distributor channels to enhance market penetration and profitability.
- Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and margin optimization initiatives.
- Monitor demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities and product expansion areas.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, finance, and supply chain teams for business performance improvement.
- Analyze financial performance, MIS, and KPIs to drive data-based decisions.
- Build and lead a high-performing aftermarket business team.

Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Automobile Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in Automotive Electronics / Aftermarket Business
- Proven track record of handling independent P&L
- Strong financial, commercial, and strategic capabilities
