Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and revenue-driven Head Advertiser Sales (Global) to lead and scale our international advertiser acquisition efforts. The role requires a strong individual contributor mindset along with day-to-day team leadership.

The ideal candidate must have experience working with global affiliate ecosystems, including platforms like Impact and Rakuten Advertising, and should bring strong exposure to international ecommerce and performance-driven models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive global advertiser acquisition across e-commerce and International verticals.
  • Personally close high-value global accounts while building and mentoring the sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans for US, UK, SEA & MENA markets.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at global brands and D2C companies.
  • Identify new verticals, markets, and revenue opportunities.
  • Lead pitch strategy, commercials, negotiations, and IO closures.
  • Collaborate with Advertiser Growth, Affiliate Teams & Network Ops for seamless onboarding.
  • Monitor team KPIs, revenue targets, and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
  • Analyze competitor networks and positioning to strengthen global offerings.
  • Represent vCommission in international events, calls, and partnerships.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Affiliate/Performance Marketing Sales.
  • Strong exposure to global markets (US/UK/SEA/MENA preferred).
  • Experience working with or against platforms like Impact, Rakuten, CJ, ShareASale, etc.
  • Proven track record of closing international ecommerce advertisers.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and scaling sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, EPC, CR).
  • Strategic thinker with execution excellence.
