Hiring: Head Administration / Facilities Manager | Dahej

We are looking for a dynamic Head Administration / Facilities Manager to lead end-to-end administrative and facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility operations, guesthouse management, and office upkeep.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and AMCs
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations
- Supervise canteen, transport, security, and employee welfare facilities
- Lead civil projects and infrastructure maintenance
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and MIS reporting
- Plan workspace allocation, inventory, and asset management
- Drive health & safety initiatives and emergency preparedness
- Lead and manage internal & third-party teams
Requirements:
- Strong experience in administration & facility management
- Expertise in vendor management, budgeting, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
