Group Bikaner Motors is a business house majorly having a portfolio of Automotive Dealerships (Mahindra SUVs & CV, Honda Cars & Renault), Auto Spare Parts Distribution with Hero Motocorp for western Rajasthan, Organising Experiential Events & Brand building activities for many leading Auto OEMs and other Industries as well and an NBFC with over 800 people team strength present at multiple locations of Rajasthan, Delhi & Gurugram.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for the Head of Accounts & Finance at Group Bikaner Motors. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, preparing budgets, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also includes developing financial strategies, monitoring financial performance, and providing insights for decision-making to drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Accounting & Compliance:

• Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF / ESI, ROC, RBI & NBFC Compliance
• Internal Auditing & Accounts Finalization
• Ensuring proper book keeping, Data input accuracy in system & Bank Reconciliation
• All Bank's Limit Renewals

- MIS:

• Regular Development and updates in Accounting MIS formats as per requirement
• Ensure Daily Preparation & Submission for self-monitoring and confidence of management

- Cost Analysis:

• Negotiation with Bankers & Financiers
• Other purchase negotiation through tender system

- Profit Center Development:

• Cost Benefit Analysis (Income Expense Ratio)

- Other:

• Proper fund management to ensure adequate liquidity in the system
• Understanding of External Credit Rating
• Understanding of Company Valuation
• Liaising with Bankers, Auditors & Related Govt. Departments

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proficient in Finance and Budgeting
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are a plus
