Job Summary
The Head - Accounts will be responsible for leading the finance and accounts function for a chemical manufacturing organization. This role involves financial governance, compliance, reporting, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance and accounts operations
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Manage audits, assessments, and regulatory filings
- Provide financial insights to leadership for strategic decisions
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
- Lead and develop the finance and accounts team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 10-12 years of experience in finance & accounts
- Prior experience in chemical or manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
