Head Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Accountant located in Jaipur. The Head Accountant will oversee the organization's financial operations, including managing budgets, preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and implementing effective accounting processes. The individual will supervise a team of accountants, monitor cash flow, coordinate audits, and provide strategic financial insights to support informed decision-making.

• Strong knowledge in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Taxation principles
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Audit Management, and Cash Flow Analysis
• Hands-on experience with Accounting Software and ERP systems
• Excellent Analytical and Organizational skills
• Leadership and Team Management capabilities
• Attention to detail and a proficiency in data accuracy
• Knowledge of local and international financial regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent certification is highly preferred
