Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, insurance, or financial services preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess clients financial needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory compliance standards in India.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
