Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations in India.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
