Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Business: Acquire new CASA accounts for Resident/Non-Resident customers through catchment working, cold calls, referrals, and internal databases. Ensure adherence to productivity norms and quality of accounts opened.
Fulfillment of Leads: Support and fulfill CASA leads generated by other verticals while adhering to TAT guidelines.
Cross-Sales: Promote and sell key products including Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Consumer Durables.
Business Hygiene: Manage welcome kits, ensure proper recording, and maintain right sourcing of customers.
Customer Relationship & Value Enhancement: Maintain regular contact with customers to enhance account value and contribute to overall branch goals.
