HCV Trainer (Pan India)

Role Overview:

The HCV Trainer will manage the end-to-end technical training programs for heavy commercial vehicle mechanics, including delivery, content development, and complete execution across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

* Conduct classroom and practical training on HCV systems (Engine, Electrical, BS6, Aftertreatment, etc.)

* Deliver troubleshooting-based training using real workshop scenarios

* Simplify technical concepts for mechanics with varying education levels

Content Development

* Create and update training content, including PPTs, technical modules, and reference materials

* Support video content creation (planning, shooting coordination, and explanation)

* Adapt and localize content into Hindi and regional languages

Training Operations (End-to-End)

* Manage venue, vehicle, tools, and food arrangements

* Ensure smooth on-ground coordination and execution of training programs

Planning & Coordination

* Plan batch schedules and training calendars

* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners for participant mobilization

Client Handling

* Act as SPOC during training programs

* Align with client expectations and handle on-ground feedback or escalations

Assessment & Reporting

* Conduct quizzes, tests, and support certification processes

* Track attendance, engagement, and performance

* Share training reports and improvement insights

Digital Training

* Conduct online sessions and manage engagement tools (polls, quizzes, etc.)

* Handle technical issues during online training
