Scope
- Support Workday data migration, conversion, and validation activities.
- Prepare, cleanse, transform, and load data into Workday using standard tools.
- Perform data reconciliation, identify issues, and support defect resolution.
- Develop and maintain data mapping, migration, and validation documentation.
- Support integration and reporting requirements from a data perspective.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and vendor teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years experience in Workday data migration or consulting.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Payroll data structures.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Workday data load tools (e.g., EIB).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in complex, multi-system environments.
