HCM Techno-functional Consultant

Key Skills and Experience:

• Total Experience: 5+ years
• HCM Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HCM implementation, preferably Oracle HCM
• Oracle Cloud Experience: Experienced as an Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant focusing on development and implementation in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Oracle Fusion HCM Modules: Strong functional or technical expertise in at least one of the modules such as Global HR, Absence Management, Goals Performance, Compensation, or Learning.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in developing HCM BI Reports, Absence Eligibility Fast Formulas, and working with HCM Extracts in Oracle Fusion.
• Data Management: Expertise in HCM Data Load (HDL) in Oracle Fusion, a must-have skill.
• Implementation Experience: Successfully led or participated in Implementations of Cloud Human Capital Management projects, with additional experience in R12 projects being a plus.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of EBS Payroll module is desirable.
• Soft Skills: Self-driven, motivated, with strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Led multiple implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Developed and implemented custom solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Designed and executed complex HCM BI Reports and Fast Formulas to meet business requirements.
• Played a crucial role in data migration and integration projects using HDL in Oracle Fusion.
• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields is expected.

Certifications:

• Certifications relevant to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or Oracle HCM would be beneficial.
