- Lead and manage large-scale HR transformation initiatives, focusing on the implementation and support of SuccessFactors Talent modules. Own and Lead product Roadmap with Global implementations and platform enhancements for SuccessFactors Talent Modules. Serve as solution architect for Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, Succession and compensation. Lead Talent systems solutions strategy, implementation, optimizations and innovation initiatives globally.
- Guide integration strategy across Talent Solutions and SuccessFactors Talent modules with Employee central and external talent systems. Translate business requirements into user stories, requirements and technical specifications.
- Drive the requirements Intake process ensuring adherence to SOP. Lead SuccessFactors Release meetings with Business Teams facilitating execution of release features for Talent Modules. Drive incident resolution, audit and compliance support activities collaborating with IT and Business teams. Drive SuccessFactors Projects for timely execution partnering with project manager and Business stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams HR, IT, Communications, Legal and Finance teams globally, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver solutions.
- Serve as the Technology point of contact for Talent applications driving backlog, prioritization and delivery. Manage external providers through KPI s and SLA s.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and change management strategies. Lead a team of IT professionals delivering enhancements and support. Drive Talent Module Reporting with SF internal reporting tools and external reporting tools.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant 7+ years of experience in IT, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors Suite.
- 7+ years of experience as a Talent solutions Architect in large complex HCM environments. Experience integrating SuccessFactors with external Talent tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding leadership and team collaboration skills. Strong understanding of Role based permissions, Audit and compliance in Talent systems. Working knowledge of reporting tools and Data analytics in Talent space such as people analytics, power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR Business processes is a plus. Profound knowledge of digital workplace technologies, applications, best practices, and HR systems. Experience leading at least two SuccessFactors projects is a plus.
- Ability to align with Stakeholders globally. Experience with Other HR and Corporate applications is a strong plus. Working experience operating in Agile/ scrum environments. Certification in at least two SuccessFactors Talent module required. Additional certifications a plus.
