About the job

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding the overall data extraction/transformation/load process of existing ADP clients & new logos for NexGen ADP application
  • Developing the overall process of Data & Balance conversion on Data Lake and other Implementation / ETL Tools.
  • Providing support & fixes for any issues for any issues while loading data/balances.
  • Creation of functional specification documents from existing interfaces (reverse engineering).
  • Impact analysis of the product in case of any objects are changed.
  • Fit-gap analysis for the interfaces between different ADP products.
  • Co-coordinating with the client, Business Analysts & Forklift team while data loads
  • Document challenges and suggest enhancements during data mining.
  • Work with the team manager to build efficiencies in data/automation/balances team.

SKILL/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge on HCM product (HR, Payroll and Benefits) functionality.
  • Sound knowledge of PL/SQL and RDBMS concepts
  • Having knowledge on any data mining tools would be an added advantage.
  • Professional/Technical Knowledge: Having achieved a satisfactory level of professional/technical knowledge and/or skill in position‑related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
  • Should be able to understand and fix client load issues quickly and provide effective solutions
  • Communication: Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
  • Being able to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic project environment
  • Must be a Good team player

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA
  • Experience: 3 to 9 Years of experience in any HCM product data migrations.
