Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Hyderabad is for an HCM Implementation Consultant. As an HCM Implementation Consultant, your responsibilities include conducting software implementations, collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements, and providing consulting expertise to ensure successful deployment. You will also identify process improvements, offer training and support to end users, and assist in managing projects throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HRMS Software Implementation and Project Implementation
• Proficiency in Consulting and Communication to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Knowledge of all HR processes
• Ability to apply Analytical Skills to solve problems and create tailored solutions
• Documentation of Business Requirements and Solutioning of use cases
• Experience in HCM, HRMS, or relevant HR software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel to client locations based in India
• Minimum Experience required is 2 years in relevant field
