Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand HCM requirements across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and talent management.
System Implementation: Configure, customize, and deploy HCM systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday to meet organizational needs.
Process Mapping: Document existing HR processes and design optimized future-state processes leveraging HCM system capabilities.
Data Migration: Assist with migration of employee and HR data from legacy systems to new HCM platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
System Integration: Integrate HCM systems with ERP, finance, and other enterprise applications to enable seamless data flow and automation.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure HCM configurations comply with labor laws, industry regulations, and data privacy requirements.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and business requirements.
Training & Support: Provide training to HR users and end-users, and offer ongoing post-implementation support and guidance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a functional bridge between HR teams, IT teams, and implementation partners.
