HCM Cloud Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Expertise:
• Develop a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and apply functional knowledge to design and implement solutions.
• Participate in business process mapping and translating business requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.
• Design Capabilities:
• Design solutions in Oracle Cloud HCM aligned with client needs and best practices.
• Develop custom solutions as required to meet specific client requirements.
• Configuration Skills:
• Perform configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Work on system integrations, workflows, and configurations for various HCM modules.
• Testing Proficiency:
• Test configurations and ensure that the system works according to the design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during testing.

Skills Required:

• Strong functional knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Proficiency in design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes such as Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
