Senior customer service representative - 1 to 3 Years
Analyst - 2 to 5 Years
Senior Team Leader - 5 to 8 Years
Responsibilities:
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work own initiative
- Financial & commercial awareness / good numerical skills.
- Problem solving aptitude & ability
- Relevant and demonstrable experience of a collections role. (Required)
- Sap Experience
- PC literacy, particularly in MS Office (Windows NT).
- Demonstrate a customer focused orientation
- Demonstrate a target focused orientation
- Ability to work closely with customers & negotiation effective outcomes to their problems.
- Committed approach to team work.
- Resilient under pressure and able to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
- Adaptable to a changing environment
- Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with Senior management
