HCL Commerce Developer

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust e-commerce solutions using HCL Commerce and IBM Websphere. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Java-based applications. - Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals. - Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. - Stay updated with industry trends to continually improve development practices.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

- Minimum Qualifications: BTech, BE, MCA, or MBA degree. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HCL Commerce development. - Proficiency in Java with at least 4 years of experience. - Preferred Qualifications: 1. Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication. 2. Knowledge of related Java technologies like Springboot, Hibernate, and Microservices. 3. Proven track record of successful project delivery in e-commerce development. 4. Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively. - Good to have skills: Flask, Pandas, Data Analysis, Agile Methodologies, Cloud Services.
