Job Description

  • University Degree or equivalent that requires formal studies of English language and basic math.
  • Ability to independently comprehend and communicate in English verbally and in writing.
  • Experience of auditing Healthcare claims *Typing speed >30 WPM with accuracy rate >95%
  • Good analytical ability to follow instructions, clearly defined guidelines.
  • Should be able to identify urgency and prioritize work and adhere to timelines.
  • Ability to read and understand process SOPs, documents and follow instructions.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred, although not a mandate
  • Ability to proactively identify process improvement ideas.
  • Focus on quality standards.
  • Fast learner (both process & systems)
