Job Summary:

We are seeking a Hardware Test Engineer with expertise in hardware validation, power electronics, PCB design, and system architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deriving test cases, performing simulations, and analyzing test results for high-voltage and low-voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute hardware test cases based on hardware requirements.
• Analyze power electronics and analog schematics, including PCB layouts.
• Conduct worst-case calculations and simulations for hardware schematics.
• Work with Altium or similar PCB design tools for circuit analysis.
• Understand and evaluate system architecture, focusing on On-Board Chargers (OBC), DC-DC converters, and Inverters.
• Perform high-voltage and low-voltage system testing while ensuring safety compliance.
• Analyze test results and provide a pass/fail verdict based on performance metrics.
• Evaluate CANoe logs and Oscilloscope waveforms for debugging and validation.

Mandatory Skills:

Candidates must have strong expertise in hardware testing, power electronics, PCB design, system architecture, and test analysis. Experience with Altium or similar tools, high-voltage and low-voltage systems, and the ability to derive pass/fail criteria from CANoe logs and Oscilloscope waveforms is essential.

Good to Have:

• Experience in deriving hardware requirements from power electronic system specifications.
• Knowledge of On-Board Chargers, Inverters, and DC-DC converters.
• Understanding of test automation tools and processes.

Location Preference:

This role is based in Pune, and candidates must be available to work from this location.
