Job Title: Hardware Technical Lead – Power Electronics, & Ultra Low Power Design
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Technical Lead with deep expertise in AC/DC & DC/DC power supplies, battery-powered low-power systems, motor controller electronics, embedded microcontroller hardware, and high-speed EMI/EMC-robust PCB design.
The role involves leading architecture, guiding design teams, conducting reviews, and ensuring reliable, safe, and compliant hardware for multi-output, multi-input power systems and embedded control boards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- 8–15+ years in hardware design, power electronics, and embedded systems.
- AC/DC SMPS design (flyback, forward, PFC, LLC)
- DC/DC converters (isolated/non-isolated)
- Battery-powered & ultra-low-power systems
- Motor driver hardware design
- Microcontroller-based mixed-signal systems
- High-speed and high-power PCB design
- EMI/EMC mitigation and compliance testing
- Strong hands-on skills with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, power analyzers, DMMs, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers.
- Proficiency in design tools: Altium, OrCAD, LTspice/PSIM/Plecs, thermal/EMI modeling tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related field
