Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Hardware Engineers to design, develop, and validate high-performance electronic hardware systems across automotive, embedded, and industrial product domains. The role demands strong expertise in schematic design, board bring-up, and end-to-end hardware development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog & digital hardware circuits for embedded systems
- Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and interface definitions
- Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation testing
- Work on high-speed designs, power electronics, and mixed-signal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Firmware, Mechanical, Testing)
- Conduct root cause analysis and failure debugging
- Ensure design compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards
- Support prototype development and product lifecycle management
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Analog & Digital Electronics
- Hands-on with schematic tools (Altium, Cadence, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics)
- Experience in PCB design & layout review
- Knowledge of interfaces/protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet
- Exposure to power supply design, signal integrity, EMI/EMC
- Experience in board bring-up, validation, and debugging tools (Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer)
- Strong knowledge of component selection, datasheets, and hardware testing
Domain Experience (Preferred):
- Automotive (ECU, ADAS, EV systems)
- Industrial Embedded Systems
- Consumer Electronics / IoT
Educational Qualification:
- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or related field
Good to Have:
- Exposure to functional safety standards (ISO 26262)
- Experience in DFMEA, reliability testing
- Knowledge of embedded firmware basics
- Customer-facing or end-to-end product ownership experience
