Hiring: Hardware Sales Executive | B2B Sales

We are looking for a Hardware Sales Executive who can drive B2B sales of IT hardware products, build strong customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Sell IT hardware products and solutions to corporate and enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials, and close sales opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and distributors to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer information and activity reports.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B/Corporate/IT Hardware Sales.
• Experience selling products such as laptops, desktops, servers, printers, networking equipment, storage, accessories or other IT hardware solutions.
• Strong understanding of the B2B/enterprise sales cycle.
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition and sales closure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
