About the Role:

We are seeking a Hardware Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development and launch of innovative electronics hardware products, driving cross-functional teams from initial concept to release, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering on-time, high-quality within budget products. 

Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Own and drive the complete lifecycle of complex electronics hardware programs, including definition, design, development, validation, and launch.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Hardware Engineering, Software, Quality, Product Management, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.
• Planning & Execution: Develop detailed program plans, manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables, identifying dependencies and mitigating risks proactively.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven status updates, presentations, and risk assessments to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse internal and external partners.
• Problem Solving: Resolve complex technical and business challenges, removing roadblocks to maintain program momentum.
• Process Improvement: Champion operational excellence and continuously improve development processes for efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Proven track record (5+ years) leading complex hardware development programs from concept to launch.
• Experience in Semiconductor/Product Engineering industries catering to Semiconductor/product engineering functions desirable.
• Strong understanding of electronics product development cycles with FPGA as the core of the design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, etc.), and data-driven decision-making. Project Management Certification (PMP)/ Scrum Master/Agile certification preferred.
