Role Overview:

One of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a full-time Hardware Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end device lifecycle and hardware management across their dynamic organization. This role involves building a future-ready hardware ecosystem that supports enterprise AI and innovative robotics initiatives. As a full-time Hardware Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing inventory and hardware operations, overseeing device management platforms, and optimizing the full device lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the full device lifecycle, including laptop procurement, provisioning, shipping, refreshing, and secure deprovisioning for all business units

• Manage inventory and hardware operations, including tracking, auditing, forecasting, and sourcing for both internal teams and large-scale robotics deployments

• Oversee and enhance MDM/device management platforms, such as Jamf, to ensure seamless app installs and device management

• Develop and implement processes to improve hardware operations efficiency and reduce costs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware operations with other business units

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Device lifecycle and IT operations experience

• MDM/device management expertise, including experience with platforms such as Jamf

• Inventory and hardware management skills, including experience with tracking, auditing, and forecasting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize hardware operations and improve efficiency

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
