Your Impact
As a Hardware Engineer Trainee Apprentice, you will embark on a dynamic learning journey within the heart of our Global Supply Chain operations. We are looking for open-minded, driven, and innovative individuals eager to grow their understanding of the hardware that powers the internet. This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship, allowing you to contribute to real-world projects across various product categories, including cloud, IoT, routing, switching, data canter, and more. You will learn to see how hardware design choices impact the entire supply chain, from manufacturing readiness and cost-efficiency to global delivery and sustainability. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver reliable, high-quality products to billions worldwide, influencing product development from a supply chain perspective.
Minimum Qualifications
- Gain foundational knowledge in system/board design, DFM, and PCB layout interpretation, understanding their impact on manufacturability, testability, and cost within a global supply chain.
- Support engineering teams by linking supply chain considerations (e.g., sourcing, lead times) to design decisions.
- Develop understanding of ASIC DFT, signal integrity, and power design principles, recognizing their influence on product quality, performance, yield, and reliability.
- Assist in product testing processes and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, procurement) to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth product realization.
- Build strong relationships and manage multiple learning tasks to contribute to long-term project goals in the supply chain environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- You should have Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related.
- Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
- Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, Can do attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
- Must have graduated in 2025/2026 obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC).
- Must have enrolled as a student on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
