Hardware Engineer:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and validate high-speed, multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs)

Perform board-level debugging and troubleshooting of complex hardware systems

Analyze and resolve hardware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other

diagnostic tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, layout, mechanical) to ensure

robust hardware solutions

Support hardware bring-up, testing, and validation activities

Review schematics and layouts for signal integrity, power integrity, and

manufacturability

Document test results, debug findings, and provide recommendations for design

improvements

Requirements:

Experience in HW with 8 Years

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field

Proven experience of more than 5 years in high-speed, complex, multi-layer PCB

design and development

Strong expertise in board-level debugging and troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and

multimeters

Good understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC

considerations

Ability to read and interpret schematics and PCB layouts

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with hardware validation and reliability testing

Experience with EMI/EMC testing

Experience with circuit simulation tools and techniques

Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirement
