We are seeking a skilled Hardware Designer to design, develop, and validate electronic hardware for embedded systems, industrial devices, and related engineering platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in analog/digital electronics, PCB design, hardware debugging, and system integration. Experience in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) design and development is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Design & Development
Design analog, digital, and mixedsignal circuits for embedded and industrial applications.
Develop schematics, select components, and create reusable hardware modules.
Perform PCB layout (or work with layout engineers) ensuring signal integrity, manufacturability, and reliability.
Develop powersupply circuits, sensor interfaces, communication interfaces, and protection circuitry.
Hardware Validation & Debugging
Lead hardware bringup, testing, and troubleshooting using instruments such as:
Oscilloscope
Logic analyzer
Multimeter
Power analyzer
Validate interfaces and subsystems (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, RS485, Ethernet, analog channels, etc.).
Perform root-cause analysis for hardware failures and drive corrective actions.
Documentation & Quality
Prepare detailed engineering documents including schematics, BOMs, test procedures, and release packets.
Ensure hardware complies with internal standards, EMI/EMC guidelines, and safety best practices.
Support DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability).
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work closely with firmware, mechanical, validation, and manufacturing teams.
Support prototype builds, vendor coordination, and preproduction reviews.
Provide hardware support during system integration and product lifecycle phases.
Work Experience
Technical Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
5 to 7 years of experience in Hardware Design and development
