About the Company
Hardware Server Board Design Specialist
Experience: 8-15 ears
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance server motherboards/platforms.
- Define board-level architecture for x86/ARM based server systems.
- Work on DDR4/DDR5, PCIe Gen4/Gen5, Ethernet, Be design.
- Collaborate with SI/PI, BIOS, FPGA, firmware, mechanical, and validation teams.
- Lead schematic reviews, component selection, board bring-up, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Drive design compliance with server reliability, thermal, power, and manufacturing requirements.
Mandatory Skills
- Server Board Architecture & Design
- High-Speed board Design
- Board Bring-up & Debugging
- Schematic Design using Cadence/Allegro or equivalent
- Signal Integrity (SI) & Power Integrity (PI)
- Intel/AMD Server Platforms
- BMC/IPMI/Redfish architecture knowledge
- Power Supply & VR Design.
