Hardware Design Engineer

Description

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our innovative team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance hardware solutions for various electronic applications.

Responsibilities

1. Design embedded systems based on Microcontroller/Microprocessor systems.

2. Develop subsystems covering power supply, I/O interfaces, displays, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, USB).

3. Design power circuits including DC-DC converters, LDOs, and perform thermal calculations.

4. Create schematics, layout designs, and oversee board bring-up, testing, and prototyping.

5. Communicate with vendors for component sourcing and assembly processes.

6. Perform hardware validation, debugging, and root cause failure analysis.

7. Address EMC/EMI/ESD issues in electronic circuits.

8. Coordinate with Project and Mechanical Engineering teams for interface requirements.

9. Utilize test equipment for validation and component selection.

10. Conduct design reviews with stakeholders and PCB Assembly vendors.

11. Utilize engineering tools for design analysis and verification.

12. Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills.

13. Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to innovative problem- solving.

14. Manage multitasking across multiple development projects.

15. Proficiency in Embedded C programming is an additional advantage.
