Job Description

Maintain documentation for IT Hardware.
Hardware Asset Receiving and Validating Order
Asset Inward (Database and Storing Place)
Update asset information in Database based on valid documentation
Tagging Assets
Conduct Physical Audit for hardware & software assets
Client the assets in network for software and hardware inventory
Raise Service Request. Approve/reject Service Request & its closure & meet 100% SLA
User Asset confirmation in confirmation of asset Availability
Reporting & Documentation on Asset Management
Create and maintain the asset information base (on tool) for in-scope assets
Tracking of new installations and removal of out - of service assets through the logged service tickets.
Carrying out annual asset physical verification for in-scope assets
Tracking of in-scope asset movement through request ticket logged onto the tool only.
Generate basic asset management reports based on the tool functionality.
Inward & Outward Register Maintenance
Stock status reporting at location & database
Material Movement tracing and tracking
Management - inventory, monitoring usage, managing contracts and license for maintenance & support, and monitoring age.
