Key Responsibilities

Network Administration: Managing and troubleshooting networks, routers, and firewalls (Sophos, SonicWall, Cyberoam, Fortigate).
IP Management: Understanding and managing IP configurations, DHCP, DNS, and troubleshooting network issues.
Firewall & Security: Configuring, managing, and monitoring firewalls, VPN, and geo-blocking.
Endpoint Security: Handling endpoint security tools and antivirus solutions (Symantec, TrendMicro, etc.).
Server Management: Administration of Windows Servers (2008/2016/2019), Ubuntu servers, Active Directory, and related services.
Storage Solutions: Setup and management of NAS storage solutions like QNAP, Buffalo, and others.
System Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving system slowdowns, hardware malfunctions, and performing regular maintenance.
Cloud Operations: Basics of cloud computing, with an understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Route 53).
Asset Management: Handling IT asset management using tools like SNAPIIT or Asset Explorer.
User Onboarding/Offboarding: Managing user accounts, permissions, and hardware/software setups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in firewall management, network troubleshooting, and system security.
Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, Ubuntu servers, Active Directory, and RAID storage solutions.
Familiarity with endpoint security tools and cloud services (AWS basics).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
