- Manage Hard Goods & Handicrafts product categories for export
- Handle complete Export Merchandising & Export Management processes
- Coordinate with international buyers for order development and execution
- Handle buyer communications, product development, and sampling activities for export clients
- Manage costing, order execution, and follow-ups to meet delivery timelines
- Source new vendors and maintain strong vendor management
- Conduct product sourcing, costing, and price negotiation
- Monitor production timelines and ensure timely delivery
- Handle buyer activities (sampling, approvals, feedback)
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Experience in Hard Goods / Handicrafts / Home Decor Merchandising
- Strong knowledge of export processes & documentation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple buyers and orders
- Experience in vendor sourcing & management
- Leadership skills and team handling experience preferred
