Technical Skills :

Hands-on Experience With VMware Carbon Black

  • Carbon Black Cloud (CBC)
  • CB Defense / CB Endpoint Standard
  • CB Response (ERT/Ops)
  • CB App Control (whitelisting) (bonus)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Endpoint security
  • EDR concepts
  • Malware behavior and attack chain
  • Windows/Linux OS internals
  • Process, memory, registry analysis
  • Experience with log analysis, event correlation, and security incident investigation.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework.

Networking & OS Skills

  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, endpoint connectivity.
  • Strong Windows administration skills; Linux knowledge a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting ability.
  • Strong communication skills for user assistance and incident reporting.
  • Ability to work in 24 7 rotational shifts if required.
