Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Handover Manager. The Handover Manager will manage the end-to-end handover process of residential units to homeowners. Responsibilities include ensuring quality assurance, addressing client concerns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing documentation, and conducting property inspections. The role demands excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience during the handover process.

- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in client communication, dispute resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in quality assurance, property management, and conducting inspections.
- Familiarity with documentation, processes, and effective project coordination.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential client information.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Business Administration, or Engineering is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or handover management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using property or facility management tools is a plus.
